Professional paint shop

Exceptionally precise and efficient painting with any color, of even very large surfaces – this is undoubtedly the main advantage of the modern paint shop which we have at our disposal. The painting machine in our machinery park is considered one of the best on the global market.

Impressive production capabilities and reliable operation of our paint shop are perfectly suited for the execution of orders for both small and large multi-element advertising exhibitions. When we decorate several dozen meters of commercial space, we are certain that each of the elements manufactured by us will have the same shade and its color will be equally durable. This is very important when we accept full responsibility for a huge advertising exhibition or a system of exhibition stands. This is why in everyday work we use Saima, a dust-free automotive paint spray booth, which is considered by experts as the top level machinery.

Computer-controlled paint shop allows us not just to cover even very big elements with color precisely but also to dry them up completely. After the appropriate color and type (gloss, matt, semi-matt) of varnish is selected, the machine uses special spray guns to cover the entire surface. Elements painted that way are then dried and after 30 minutes they are ready for further processing. The stage following painting and drying is finishing, which depends on details of the commission. Starting from polishing, through installation of additional elements (digital frames, lighting, monitors, cabling), to preparation of assembly at the location of the exhibition.
